Alfred locks based in Ontario, Canada has created a new touchscreen home deadbolt offering an easy-to-use smart lock that can be easily installed on your existing door. Worldwide delivery is available and shipping is expected to take place sometime around September 2019. During the Kickstarter campaign early bird backers can benefit from a 50% saving off the retail price and even more if you purchase more than one deadbolt.
“Alfred touchscreen home deadbolt DB1 models include Bluetooth connectivity for One-Touch access, allowing you to simply touch the unit when your phone is nearby to open the lock. Featuring Z-wave and/or key override, depending on the model.
Send, receive and manage secure digital bluetooth keys and eliminate the need for Pin or Key operation all together if you like. Or opt for the DB1 with Zwave Plus built in to allow connectivity to most third party smart hubs/apps (Smart things/Wink/etc.). Add the Alfred Connect Wifi Bridge to allow all the amazing Alfred Home app features, but remotely from virtually anywhere in the world (an internet connection is all that is required… cell, wifi, etc.).
