Apple’s discounted iPhone battery replacement program ends this month
Apple has been offering battery replacements for its iPhones at discounted prices for some time, that will end this month.
At the moment you can get the battery replaced on a range of models of the iPhone for $29, this will end on the 31st of December.
At the moment you can have an iPhone battery replacement for $29 on the iPhone SE, 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, iPhone 7, 7 Plus, iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and iPhone X.
When the discount is removed later this month it will cost $49 on all of the above devices apart from the iPhone X which will cost $69. Apple was offering these batteries at the discounted prices since it was discovered that Apple’s iOS was slowing down iPhones that had degraded batteries in order to stop the handsets crashing.
If you need to replace the battery on your iPhone then you can find out more details about how to do it over at Apple’s website at the link below.
