Apple’s iOS 12 is designed to be faster and bring performance improvements to older devices as well as the latest devices, this could be one of the factors which has encourage people to upgrade top the OS.
According to a recent report by Mixpanel, Apple’s iOS 12 adoption has now hit 75.05% of Apple’s devices.
If this figure is correct that adoption of iOS 12 is now ahead of iOS 11 at the same time last year where it was at around 69%. It took Apple until January of this year for its iOS 11 software to reach 65%.
iOS 12 is even ahead of Apple’s iOS 10 which was a popular OS that hit a 75 percent adoption rate by January 2017. It will be interesting to see where iOS 12 is by the end of 2018.
