Apple recently released their new iOS 13 public beta 2 and also a revised version of their developers iOS 13 beta 3, these two versions feature the same software.
Now we have a speed test video from iAppleBytes which gives is a look at the latest beta of the software against the current release of Apple’s iOS.
If you want to see specific device the speed test starts at 00:18 for the iPhone 6S, 08:15 for the iPhone 7 and 15:46 for the iPhone 8.
As we can see from the video the iPhone 6S booted up slightly faster with the new beta, there did not appear to be any improvements in the app speeds.
The iPhone 7 running the new beta also booted up faster, there did no appear to be any improvements in the apps. In the final test with the iPhone 8 the device running the current iOS 12.3.1 software booted up first, there were no speed improvements in the apps.
We are expecting to see some more speed improvements by the time the final version of iOS 13 is released, it is expected to land some time in September.
