according to a recent report next years iPhones will come with a 5nm processor, the current Apple A13 Bionic chip was mad using the 7nm process.
Apple’s A13 Bionic processor is already very efficient but using the 5nm process to create next years iPhone processor which we presume will be the A14 will make the processor even more efficient.
The battery life on this years iPhone 11 handsets is impressive and this could improve even further next year with the new 5nm processor.
The handsets are said to come with some other design changes, they will all use OLED display and we are expecting Apple to either make the notch smaller or remove it from the handset completely.
Apple will introduce their first 5G smartphone next year, it is not clear as yet on whether all three of the iPhone 12 handsets will be 5G. We are also expecting to see some upgrades to the cameras and possibly more RAM than this years models.
